Who we are

FRUITY is a trading name for a supplement brand selling direct to consumers. Placing an order forms a contract between you and us on these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices include applicable sales tax where shown. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if we do, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Health claims

Loosen Up is a food supplement, not a medicine. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Suitability

Not intended for under-18s. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a bowel condition, speak to a clinician before starting.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
