How to claim

Message us through our contact page using the email address you ordered with, within 60 days of delivery. Tell us the order number. There is no form, no questionnaire and no retention call.

What you get back

The full amount you paid, including any shipping you were charged, to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within two business days of your email and typically land within five.

Do I send the bags back?

No. Keep them or bin them — posting a half-eaten bag of gummies back to us helps nobody.

Damaged or wrong order

Send a photo and we will reship the same day. You will not be charged twice and you do not need to return the original.
