What we collect

Your name, delivery address, email and order history. Payment card details go straight to our payment processor and never touch our servers.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, handle refunds and answer support emails. We also use aggregate analytics to see which pages work — that data is not tied to your identity.

Marketing

We email you only if you asked us to, and every email has a working one-click unsubscribe. Subject lines and sender names are deliberately neutral.

Who sees it

Our payment processor, our fulfilment warehouse and our email provider — each only the fields they need. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data to anyone, ever.

Your rights

Message us through our contact page to get a copy of everything we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
