Subscriptions exist to save you money and remove a decision, not to trap you. Every control below is self-service.

How it works

A subscription ships your chosen bag count every 30 days at the tier price you signed up on. That price is locked for as long as the subscription runs, even if list prices change.

Skip, pause or cancel

All three are one click in your account, any time before the next charge. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no phone call. Cancelling keeps any bags already dispatched.

Change flavours or quantity

Edit the mix for the next shipment whenever you like. Changes made before the renewal date apply to that shipment; after it, they apply to the following one.

Renewal reminders

We email three days before every charge with the amount, the date and a direct link to skip. You will never be billed without warning.
